GDOE ISA Student Athlete Packet
In order to participate in any sport, students must submit the following prior to participation:
  • Current medical clearance;
  • Completed ISA waiver form (Athletic Packet);
  • Completed parent permission form;
  • Ten (10) official practice days completed prior to first game;
  • No letter grade "F" with a 65% GPA from the previous quarter (Semester 2 grades from the previous school year will be considered for Quarter 1 sports) OR;
  • One letter grade "F" with a 70% GPA from the previous quarter (Semester 2 grades from the previous school year will be considered for Quarter 1 sports).
  • Citizenship grade resulting in an Unsatisfactory ("U") will not be accepted to play any sports. 
Reminder: All Okkodo High School student-athletes, coaches, parents, and supporters are encouraged to show school pride, while upholding proper mannerism and respect. Okkodo High School does not condone any unsportsmanlike conduct.
